I have decided I will also submit my screenplay to Final Draft's Big Break competition. The deadline is June first, so I'll have time to do that other pass I'll be telling myself I need around May second (the day after the Nicholls deadline). If I win first prize before the Don and Gee Nicholls Fellowship compettion is over, then I could be disqualified. But that seems unlikely. But I could win second or third prize and still quilfy for the Nicholls next year. If I don't sell anything by then... which would be sad.

My screenplay and I are getting along famously. This may be the first thing I've written that could actually be produced. I did write this cool sci-fi piece, but writing a logline or query about it made it sound like I was starting a religion, which I don't want to do before marriage.
